As a vegan with food allergies, gourmet food is hard to come by. Based on my experience with fine dining and a range of cuisines I wanted to come up with a menu to suit the tastes and dietary needs of a wide variety of people and give all of my clients the chance to enjoy elegant, hand-crafted, delicious food.
